Dusit Maximises Rewards for its Stars
The company’s latest Sales Blitz focuses on rewards and added benefits across all categories The Sales Teams from Dusit International’s Thai hotels and resorts have teamed up to host the company’s bi-annual Sales Blitz from 23-26 September 2014. Targeting group, leisure and corporate accounts in key business areas throughout Bangkok, the Blitz also serves as the launching ground for the Group’s newly revamped corporate bookers programme, Dusit Stars. Formerly known as the Dusit Executive Club, the new Dusit Stars programme, designed to reward those individuals who regularly make reservations across the Group’s hotels and resorts, enables members to earn points on even more rates with lower redemption costs than before. The programme is also now open to international bookers, as well as MICE bookers and Travel Agents. To join, new members need only contact a Sales Representative or fill out the online form at www.dusitstars.com. For a limited time only, new members will also receive a bonus 300 Dusit Stars points on the first booking. For meetings and events organisers, Dusit’s Meet to Maximise offer aims to help maximise resources – as well as productivity – with up to 20% credit of the total accommodation spend applicable towards incidental charges accrued during the event. To qualify, meetings and events must be confirmed with a guarantee by 30 December 2014 and Meet to Maximise must be quoted at the time of the booking. Finally, as the holiday season soon approaches, the Holiday Shopping Special package invites leisure guests to stay, shop and save with complimentary breakfast for two, 20% off dining, and 20% off spa services in addition to exclusive discounts at partner retail outlets. Upon check in, guests will receive a voucher pack outlining the special offers and discounts from various retail outlets such as King Power’s Bangkok and Pattaya shopping complexes and The Mall Group’s Bangkok shopping malls, including: Siam Center, Siam Discovery, Emporium and Paragon. “The Sales Blitz presents a great opportunity to build camaraderie amongst our Sales Teams, to go out into the field and represent the Dusit brand together,” remarks David Shackleton, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit International. “It keeps our focus where it needs to be: on customer service and generating revenue.”
