The happenings will draw international visitors and generate spending.          “Until the end of the year, we have advanced bookings for Don Mueang- Sakon Nakhon at an average Load Factor of 85% per flight, a very strong sign that the tourism sector is returning to vibrancy. By offering 2 daily flights, in the morning and evening, I’m sure we can expand our allure to even more customer groups” Mr. Santisuk pointed out.          The first flight of the Don Mueang- Sakon Nakhon route on this 1 October 2014 was coded FD3510 and featured among its over 95% Load Factor, Sakon Nakhon native and celebrity Noomam Suriwipa, who led her fellow passengers to view Sakon Nakhon’s most important tourist attractions, such as the Cherng Chum Buddha Relic, the 100 Year Old Ta Rae Village House and Phu Phan Rajanivet Palace as well as for a cruise along the Nong Han Lake.          “We will work closely with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the province’s local Chamber of Commerce and its businesses as well as members of the press to promote travel and investment by playing up Sakon Nakhon’s strengths, such as the fact that it is a fun province that is close to other travel locations, including Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan. We will promote cultural tourism based on the northeastern region’s colorful traditions as well as its cuisine.
